FedEx and UPS are great companies. They absolutely positively guarantee the on-time delivery of your packages. But if they’re one minute late, you’re entitled to a 100% refund.

That’s their guarantee and they honor it without question. That is, once you do all the work involved in finding all of the late shipments, bringing them to their attention, applying for your all refunds and making sure you get them.  We do all this for you.

The reality is that about 5% of all shipments are late. Last year, that totaled just over $2 Billion in available refunds. Only a tiny fraction of that money was ever recovered.

We will automatically track your FedEx and UPS Ground, Express, or Freight shipments for you! When your package is delivered late we will do all the work to secure a 100% refund for you.

Once monthly, we will bill you for half of the refunds recovered. There are never any other costs or fees.
